No Returns on Edible Items
For food safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee beans or other edible products once they have been sold and dispatched.
Order Issues & Quality Concerns
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or defective packaging upon arrival
• Quality concern with the product
We will promptly review the case and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Edible Products
Returns or exchanges on non-edible items (such as coffee accessories, equipment, or merchandise) may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
