Lemonade Blue
Ingredients
• 40 ml Giffard Blue Curaçao Syrup
• 2-3 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 Lemon Wedges
• 120 ml Still or Sparkling Water
• Ice
Method
1. Add the lemon wedges and fresh lemon juice to a tall glass.
2. Add the Giffard Blue Curaçao Syrup.
3. Fill the glass with ice.
4. Top with still or sparkling water.
5. Stir gently to combine.
6. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh mint.
