Shipping Coverage

Coffees & More currently ships within Pakistan only.

Most products are available for delivery nationwide. Due to the fragile nature of glass bottles, Giffard syrups are currently available for delivery within Karachi only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after an order is placed and payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.
• Karachi: 1–2 working days
• Major Cities (including Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi): 3–4 working days
• Other Cities and Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment weight.

The current shipping rate is Rs. 300 per kilogram.

Shipping rates may change without prior notice due to fuel price adjustments, courier surcharges or other operational factors.


Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner may attempt delivery again or contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Additional delivery attempts may result in delays.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect their order at the time of delivery.

Any product received damaged, broken, leaking or otherwise affected during transit must be reported immediately upon delivery and supported with clear photographs of:
• The outer packaging
• The damaged product(s)
• The shipping label (if applicable)

Claims reported after delivery has been accepted may not be eligible for review.


Glass Bottle Shipments

While every effort is made to package glass bottles securely, customers should inspect all glass bottle shipments upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be reported immediately with supporting photographs.


Bulk & Commercial Orders

Delivery timelines and shipping arrangements for bulk, wholesale, hospitality and commercial orders may differ from standard retail deliveries.

Our team will provide specific shipping details and delivery schedules for such orders where applicable.


Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Public holidays
• Severe weather conditions
• Road closures
• Political or civil disruptions
• Courier operational delays
• Force majeure events

Coffees & More shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from such circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Coffees & More is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.
