Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any claims relating to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported at the time of delivery or immediately upon receipt of the order.

• Special-order products
• Opened or partially used products

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, dispatched, or delivered.
