Passionfruit Mojito

Ingredients

• 15 ml Giffard Mojito Syrup

• 30 ml Giffard Passionfruit Syrup

• 7–8 Fresh Mint Leaves

• 2 Lemon or Lime Wedges

• 2-3 ml Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice

• Soda Water

• Ice

Method

1. Add the mint leaves and lemon or lime wedges to a tall glass and gently muddle.

2. Add the Giffard Mojito Syrup, Giffard Passionfruit Syrup and fresh lemon or lime juice.

3. Fill the glass with ice.

4. Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.

5. Garnish with fresh mint and a passionfruit wedge.
