Description

Pure sugar syrup made from concentrated blueberry juice and natural blueberry extracts.
No preservatives.

Deep purple, garnet red hues, transparent.

Sweet and fruity, tart and juicy berry. Vegetal and slightly astringent secondary note.

Juicy and slightly acidic. Fruity with a slightly floral and vegetal aftertaste. Round finish of gourmet blueberry.

Ingredients

• 20 ml Giffard Blueberry Syrup
• 20 ml Giffard Strawberry Syrup
• 7–8 Fresh Mint Leaves
• 2 Lemon or Lime Wedges
• 20 ml Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
• Soda Water
• Ice

Method

1. Add the mint leaves and lemon or lime wedges to a tall glass and gently muddle.
2. Add the Giffard Blueberry Syrup, Giffard Strawberry Syrup and fresh lemon or lime juice.
3. Fill the glass with ice.
4. Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
5. Garnish with fresh berries, a lemon or lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
