Description

Pure sugar syrup with a good taste of pineapple.

Honey-coloured, straw yellow, limpid syrup.

Aromas of candied pineapple, fresh pineapple juice, ripe pineapples and light notes of coconut.

The aroma is quite light and gives way to the tangy freshness of pineapple.

Ingredients

• 30 ml Giffard Pineapple Syrup
• 150 ml Chilled Green Tea
• Ice

Method

1. Add the Giffard Pineapple Syrup to a tall glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Pour over the chilled green tea.
4. Stir gently to combine.
5. Garnish with fresh mint.

Variation – Pineapple Smoothie Style

• Add 30 g frozen pineapple chunks to a blender.
• Blend with the green tea and Giffard Pineapple Syrup until smooth.
• Pour into a tall smoothie glass and garnish with fresh mint.
