Classic Iced Vanilla Latte
Ingredients
• 30 ml Giffard Vanilla Syrup
• Single or Double Espresso Shot prepared using your preferred Caffè Vero blend (Qualità Oro, Crema Bar or Bar Extra)
• 180–220 ml Milk or Plant-Based Alternative
• Ice
Method
1. Add Giffard Vanilla Syrup to a tall glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Pour in the milk or plant-based alternative.
4. Prepare a single or double espresso shot using your preferred Caffè Vero blend.
5. Slowly pour the espresso over the milk for a layered effect.
6. Stir before drinking.
Variations
• Hazelnut Iced Latte – Replace the vanilla syrup with 30 ml Giffard Hazelnut Syrup. Pairs
particularly well with Caffè Vero Silver Medal for a rich, nutty flavour profile.
• Caramel Iced Latte – Replace the vanilla syrup with 30 ml Giffard Caramel Syrup. Pairs
particularly well with Caffè Vero Crema Bar for a smooth, balanced sweetness.
• Chocolate Iced Latte – Replace the vanilla syrup with 30 ml Giffard Chocolate Syrup.
Pairs particularly well with Caffè Vero Bar Extra for a bold, indulgent chocolate experience.
